Join the open beta.

Open beta is available for up to 100 new companies.

Choose your phone, then follow the steps below. Use the same PackMule account on either platform.

Which phone do you use?
  1. Step 1

    Create Your PackMule Account

    Select Create Account and enter your company name, email, username and password. You’ll use this same account on the website and in the app.

  2. Step 2

    Verify Your Email

    Open the email from [email protected], follow its link and select Verify Email on the confirmation page. If it hasn’t arrived, check your spam folder or use Verify Email in My Account to send it again.

    Confirm Your Beta Access

    Return to My Account and sign in again. Your access activates automatically after email verification while places remain. This group is limited to 100 new companies. Wait until your account shows Active Beta before installing the app.

    Install TestFlight on Your iPhone

    Use the button below on your iPhone to get Apple’s free TestFlight app. It lets you install PackMule and receive beta updates. Your Apple account is separate from your PackMule login. Already have TestFlight? Continue to Step 5.

  5. Step 5

    Install PackMule

    After your account shows Active Beta, use the button below on your iPhone to open PackMule’s invitation in TestFlight. Accept the invitation and tap Install next to PackMule.

  6. Step 6

    Sign In and Set Up Your Company

    Open PackMule and sign in with the username and password from Step 1. Follow Getting Started to add your company details, trucks and service intervals. Complete setup while parked.

  7. Step 7

    Create Your First Load

    You’re ready to use the beta. Tap the + button and choose Add Load. Enter the details manually or upload a rate confirmation, review the suggested details, and save.
